Services
Three services for three stages of a bedroom project.
Each is complete on its own. Each can connect to the next. You choose where you need to begin.
Back to HomeOur Method
How we approach every bedroom.
Before any service is delivered, we listen. The first conversation — by phone or in person at the studio — is not a sales pitch. It is a series of questions about the room, what is not working, and what you are hoping to change. From that, we can confirm which service is the right starting point.
Once a service is agreed, the scope is fixed in writing. The on-site assessment comes first in the Brief service. Documentation follows a signed-off brief. Sourcing is informed by the documented plan. At each stage, the work is specific to your room — not adapted from a template.
Listen and assess
A conversation about the room, followed by an on-site visit to understand light, air, layout, and storage — in that order.
Brief and plan
A written brief and draft layout that captures what was found and what is proposed, in terms you can act on directly.
Document for contractors
Full drawings, joinery, lighting, finishes, and 3D views — prepared to a standard that a contractor or joiner can work from without additional interpretation.
Source and place
Shortlists in two price bands, sample reviews, and a placement visit on installation day — producing a room that is complete, not still in process.
Service 01
Bedroom Brief and Quiet Audit
A short conversation followed by an on-site audit of the room — its light, its air, its storage, and its relationship to adjacent spaces. The output is a written brief, a draft layout, and a storage note. It is a complete service in itself, and the natural starting point if you are not yet sure what you need.
Suitable for clients planning a refit, reconsidering a room after a household change, or wanting a clear picture of what the bedroom can and cannot do before making any decisions.
- On-site assessment of light and air
- Storage capacity evaluation
- Relationship to adjoining spaces noted
- Written brief and draft layout delivered
- Short storage capacity note included
Fee
RM 410
Typical duration
1–2 weeks
Service 02
Bedroom Documentation Package
Full documentation for the bedroom and any adjoining walk-in or en-suite that shares its planning. Covers layout, joinery, lighting specification, finishes schedule, soft furnishings, and 3D visualisation views. Two revision rounds are included within the fee.
The output is prepared to contractor-ready standard — a complete set of documents that a specialist joiner or fit-out team can work from directly, without needing to return to you for clarification on basic decisions.
- Full layout and joinery drawings
- Lighting specification
- Finishes and soft furnishings schedule
- 3D visualisation views
- Two revision rounds included
- Walk-in and en-suite included if adjoining
Fee
RM 2,250
Typical duration
3–5 weeks
Service 03
Sourcing and Placement Day
Sourcing of furniture, soft furnishings, and lighting in two budget bands, with shortlists, sample reviews, and a placement visit on installation day. Includes a written summary of all choices and a brief care note for each category.
Suitable for clients who have plans — their own, or from a previous documentation stage — and want a single calm result rather than an extended sequence of small decisions spread across many weeks.
- Shortlists at two price points per category
- Sample and material reviews included
- On-site placement visit at installation
- Written summary of all choices
- Care notes for each furnishing category
Fee
RM 1,180
Typical duration
2–3 weeks

How every service is delivered.
Scope in Writing
The scope of each service is agreed in a written document before work starts. If anything falls outside that scope, we discuss it before proceeding — not after.
Site Assessment Included
The on-site visit is built into the Brief service. For documentation and sourcing, follow-up visits are included where the work requires them.
Client Confidentiality
Project photos, layouts, and client information are not shared without written agreement. This is our default practice, not an optional arrangement.
Direct Communication
Responses to questions are direct and in writing. We do not use jargon to make the work feel more complex than it is.
Realistic Timelines
Timelines are set based on what the work actually takes — not compressed to suit a calendar. Typical durations are stated for each service and held to.
Revisions Included
Two revision rounds are included in the Documentation Package. Revisions to sourcing shortlists are handled within the sourcing fee where the brief has not changed.
Next Step
Not sure which service to begin with?
A short conversation is usually enough to work it out. Call the studio or send a message describing the room and where you are in your plans.
